What colors does Rhino Shield come in?

Rhino Shield is available in 1,500 different colors! 


We can mix custom colors, but recommend the fan deck colors because they have been formulated to minimize fading. 

Can I put dark colors on vinyl siding? 


White Vinyl Painted with A Dark Latex Paint

This is a common question. It is recommended not to go darker than the original siding color by many experts.

We recommend that you choose colors from our fan deck that end in either P or T.  These are the tint bases with the most white tint to product lighter colors.  The deep base has very little white tint and the clear base has none at all.

Avoid deep and clear base, colors ending with D or C, on vinyl siding as it can absorb heat and cause the siding to warp.  These are typically the lower 3 swatches on each page of the fan deck.

Do you do a clear, transparent, or translucent Rhino Shield? 

This is another common question from owners of wood sided homes. All of the Rhino Shield colors are solid colors. Although you will see all of the details, such as wood grain, textures, etc., you will not see any variations in colors or shades.

Nearly half of the people I meet are at the beginning of their journey.  They know that they need to do something to improve the exterior appearance of their home, but there are so many choices.  Which is the best choice for them.  In most cases, they have older Aluminum or vinyl siding and are considering the options.  Should they paint it, coat it with Rhino Shield or replace it with new vinyl or cement board siding.
